Mentoring Program
Girls Geared for Success
is a comprehensive program, catering to girls age 12-18. Two Saturdays per month girls come together to learn, fellowship, and openly discuss the challenges they face. During these Saturday sessions, facilitators lead open discussions on a variety of topics, local speakers educate and motivate, and the girls are engaged in cultural activities and field trips. In addition, each teen has access to a mentor. To assist in creating well rounded young ladies, Xposure partners with local schools to monitor the girls’ grades, progress, and effort.
