LaTonda James – Executive Director
Xposure Youth Foundation’s Founding Director, draws on over ten years of experience working with youth. She has a BS degree in Psychology from Georgia State University where she also minored in education and is currently pursuing a M.S degree in Nonprofit Management at Capella University. She has experience in developing community based programs for youth and adults as well as coordinating special events. Her unique abilities helped Xposure build a solid foundation as an up and coming youth organization. LaTonda not only works continuously on the development of new programs and building new partnerships for Xposure but oversees administrative requirements as well. Her experience working with children, teachers, parents and the community are the ingredients that help her understand the importance of cultural arts and arts education in the lives of our youth. She constantly strives to enlighten herself and others around her in the importance and beauty of arts education. Her charm, dedication to youth and background provide balanced leadership for Xposure.
Autumn Burton- President
Autumn Burton is a results-focused professional with a demonstrated track record of value-added accomplishments, leadership abilities and business savvy. She has experience in various areas including financial analysis, corporate training and coaching, however, possesses a deep passion for youth career development, non-profit volunteer management and non-profit program awareness. Throughout her career, she has exemplified this passion through her involvement with various civic and community organizations. Autumn currently sits on the board for the Kevin Henry Foundation, and is Co-Chair for the Chick-fil A Bowl Event Committee. She has volunteered with Hands On Atlanta, KaBOOM!, American Diabetes Association (ADA), Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Cool Girls, Inc., the Atlanta Falcons Youth Foundation (AFYF), Warrick Dunn Foundation, and Trumpet Awards Foundation. In addition to possessing an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management, she will also be awarded her Ph.D. in Nonprofit Management in 2010.
Belinda Vickerson-Vice President
Belinda is well versed in running a business, training staff, preparing staff for promotions, increasing customer service and sales skills, and creating and putting into action-business plans and marketing strategies. Belinda has employed that knowledge in order to establish a uniquely sustainable business model for her clients. Belinda is well versed in all aspects of the corporate structure and operations, as well as the tools necessary to manage a successful and profitable organization with measurable degrees of growth. Driven by her commitment to impact small businesses and desire to become an entrepreneur, Belinda launched “Blackstone Business Management”. The company’s mission is to help small business owners and individuals exploring entrepreneurship form, grow, and maintain viable businesses.
Acillen Watts-Treasurer
Acillen continues to build her business by helping to produce, preserve, and protect the wealth of industrious professionals to ensure their ability to retire with dignity and leave a legacy for their loved ones. As a Wealth Strategist for Atlantic International Financial Group (A MetLife office), she specializes in charitable giving, tax shelters, and estate planning for high net worth individuals and business owners. Over the years, she has obtained a plethora of knowledge and expertise as it relates to relationship management, and has employed that knowledge in order to establish a uniquely sustainable business model. Acillen currently serves on the Board of Directors for three not-for-profit organizations; XPosure Youth Foundation , The Rainbows Organization, and Young People Matter; all of which are focused on improving the lives of our young people and helping to ensure they are given a proper avenue by which to thrive and become stellar individuals with great purpose. Acillen is a member of the Metro Atlanta Black Chamber of Commerce, volunteers for the Homeland Security Foundation of America, and has political aspirations.
Selena Adkins
During the past ten years, Selena’s responsibilities have included Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Supervisor, and currently Customer Service Trainer Consultant and Manager Member of ANELES Solutions LLC. Her extensive background in leadership has proven to be a valuable asset. She has broad experience encompassing customer service, interpersonal communications, project management, planning, problem solving, training and development. She also has strong diplomacy, public relations, customer service, management experience and a proven track record of driving market share, revenue and profit growth. She is effective at building high-performance teams and leading change in competitive business environments.
Sharon Turner
As CEO of VIP, Sharon has been assisting high profile clients for over 17 years. Her ability to successfully work with all types of professionals and her get it done attitude has helped her to gain the trust of many great Professional Athletes and Entertainers. These facts coupled with VIP’s vast network of contacts enables Shaon to uniquely handle every aspect of various projects.

Michael Stovall
Michael Stovall is a strong multi-tasker involved in assisting coaches in working with athletes as well as helping improve athletes’ motivation. He has proven knowledge in the design and implementation of comprehensive academic advising and support services for student athletes. Michael is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity where he currently serves as Chair for the Special Events Committee. He has a strong commitment to academic integrity and ethical standards within higher education. He is also one of the founding members of the Super Tiger Foundation, a nonprofit organization serving the educational community.
Keisha Wilson
Keisha is an accountant as well as an award winning event planner in the Metro Atlanta Area. Keisha earned a B.A. degree in Political Science/Public Administration from Florida A & M University, Certificate in Meeting Planning from Kennesaw State University, Certificate in Event Planning from Georgia Perimeter College, Certified Special Event Professional (CSEP) designation. As an Accountant she has over 14 years experience in a diverse range of fields including cost accounting and investment reporting. As an Event Planner she has over 10 years of experience working on various projects throughout the country. Keisha has worked with a number of organizations in various capacities such as Chick Fil A Bowl-Fanfest Chair, Atlanta Falcons- event marketing liaison, The Special Event Show Hands on One Hundred-Team Leader, Taste of Atlanta- Team Leader, Plan Your Meetings Magazine-Advisory Board Member, Allies Award- Entry and Awards Chair, Allie Awards Winner for Best Team Effort for the 2005 Event Solutions Magazine Welcome Party, Atlanta Sports Council, Member of (ISES) International Special Events Society-Board of Directors, ISES International Spirit of Excellence-Special Project Advisory task force.
